FEIJOA DREAM MARGARITA

New Zealand in a glass, with a Mexican passport

Feijoa season comes once a year. This cocktail makes it worth waiting for.

Ingredientes:

• 2 oz Vendedor de Sueños Blanco
• 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
• 1/2 oz feijoa syrup (blend 3-4 ripe feijoas with sugar syrup, strain)
• Salt rim
• Ice
• Lime wheel and feijoa slice to garnish

Preparación:

Rim a rocks glass with sea salt. Combine tequila, lime juice and feijoa syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake hard and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and a feijoa slic.
