1. ABOUT US
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of Vendedor de Sueños tequila through this Shopify store, operated by Three J's Trade Limited, Unit 6, 20 Kaweroa Drive, Tauriko, Tauranga, New Zealand 3110. By placing an order and using this website, you agree to these terms in full.
2. ELIGIBILITY & LEGAL DRINKING AGE
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from this store. By placing an order, you confirm under penalty of law that you and the intended recipient meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order immediately where we have reason to believe this condition has not been met.
3. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Product descriptions and images are provided for reference purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
4. PRICING
All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We accept payment methods available through Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery timeframes, operational delivery hours, costs, and restrictions. By placing an order, you confirm that a person aged 18 or over will be available to receive and sign for the delivery with a valid ID. We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by the absence of an eligible recipient.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. Due to the nature of alcohol products, returns or refunds based on a change of mind are strictly not accepted.
8. AGE VERIFICATION COMPLIANCE
We are required by the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 to verify the age of purchasers and recipients. By completing a purchase, you consent to our two-step age verification process (site entry gate and checkout confirmation) and confirm the absolute accuracy of the information provided. False declarations are a violation of New Zealand law.
9. RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, designs, and product descriptions, is the property of Three J's Trade Limited and Vendedor de Sueños and may not be reproduced, copied, or utilized without prior written consent.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Three J's Trade Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of the specific order placed.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
