SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping within New Zealand
We deliver Vendedor de Sueños tequila across New Zealand through trusted courier partners. All orders are processed and dispatched from our licensed warehouse premises at Unit 6, 20 Kaweroa Drive, Tauriko, Tauranga, New Zealand 3110.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
* Standard delivery: 2 to 5 business days.
* Rural and extended areas: up to 7 business days.
Dispatch & Delivery Hours
As a licensed Remote Seller, online orders may be placed through our website at any time on any day. However, in compliance with New Zealand regulations, alcohol will only be dispatched and delivered from our licensed premises during approved hours: Monday to Sunday between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm.
We strictly prohibit and do not schedule deliveries between 11:00 pm and 6:00 am on any day of the week. Furthermore, no deliveries will be made on Christmas Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, or before 1:00 pm on ANZAC Day.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order volume. Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time and will be clearly indicated on the site.
Age Restrictions & ID Verification
By law, alcohol can only be sold and delivered to persons aged 18 or over (Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012). When placing your order, you confirm that you and the intended recipient are of legal drinking age.
Our courier partners (including NZ Post protocols) are strictly instructed to verify the age of the recipient at the point of delivery. The recipient must present a valid, legal form of identification. Deliveries cannot be left unattended or dropped off without age verification. Delivery will be refused if the recipient cannot confirm they are 18 or over, appears to be a minor, or appears to be intoxicated at the time of delivery. In such cases, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a redelivery fee may apply.
Recipient Availability
Someone aged 18 or over must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by failed delivery attempts due to no one being present.
Restrictions
We only ship within New Zealand. We do not ship to areas where courier services have restrictions on the delivery of alcohol. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other external circumstances beyond our control.
It is illegal to sell or supply alcohol to persons under the age of 18. Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
