KIWI PALOMA

Fresh, sharp and properly New Zealand

We took a Mexican classic and gave it a NZ accent. No apologies.

Ingredientes:

• 2 oz Vendedor de Sueños Blanco
• 1 oz fresh kiwifruit juice (blend and strain 2 ripe kiwis)
• 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
• Sparkling water to top
• Pinch of sea salt
• Ice
• Kiwi slice to garnish

Preparación:

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add tequila, kiwifruit juice, lime juice and salt. Stir briefly and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a kiwi slice.
